The Rev. William Gohl Jr.was named
coordinator for evangelism for the Delaware-Maryland Synod, effective December 1, 2002. He continues as full-time pastor of Peace Lutheran Church, Glen Burnie, Md., and supervising pastor for Our Saviour lc, Lansdowne, Md., at the same time that he handles the part-time position for the 186 congregations that comprise the synod. A native of West Hempstead, N.Y., Bill graduated from Gettysburg College and the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg. His first call was to Peace Church, and he was ordained in November 2000. His primary responsibilities for the synod are to evaluate, coordinate and help implement evangelism programs for congregational use. He currently resides in Glen Burnie.
