Vision statement

(adopted July 14, 2001)

The vision of the Delaware-Maryland Synod is to support congregations and ministries in becoming healthier and more passionate in proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ and moving beyond maintenance to mission through

• reaching out to the unchurched,
• addressing the needs of society, and
• developing effective leaders and faithful disciples.
